The Objective: Rutgers Health partnered with Lasko to completely renovate and remodel the first floor offices of the Rutgers Health and Robert Wood Johnson collaboration Family Medicine Center at Monument Square.

Schedule Management: Lasko was tasked with successfully updating, refreshing and renovating outdated workspaces. The new space was innovatively designed to meet ergonomic and efficiency standards. Throughout the entire project, the entire staff of 40+ doctors and 20+ support staff were able to continue to run at full capacity with Lasko working alongside.

Fluid/Flexible Collaboration: Constant communication throughout the entirety with all of the doctors and employees of the project and our ability to quickly change our schedule to meet the emergency schedules of the doctors were what made this project especially successful

Governor Phil Murphy, heads of Rutgers University and executives from Robert Wood Johnson Hospital were in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony to open the newly renovated space.
